I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by anxiety because I’ve been there myself. Growing up in a dysfunctional home created deep-rooted anxiety and depression that followed me into adulthood.

When I was 50, my life fell apart. My husband was injured, and we lost our home, cars, and business—everything I had depended on. With my world crumbling around me, I finally confronted the anxiety I had been hiding beneath the surface for years.

But instead of giving up, I made a decision that changed everything: I would do whatever it took to rebuild my life and fulfill my childhood dreams. With the help of my first coach, I found courage I never knew I had.

I went back to school, earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and began helping others who were struggling with the same issues I had overcome.
