Hi, I’m Kathy –

I’m a Confidence and Success Coach for new or established coaches, counselors, or therapists, who appear successful but feel unfulfilled, burnt out, and have experienced anxiety and overwhelm. They feel trapped in a career or lifestyle that’s not in line with what they really want. I help them reconnect with their authentic self, transition to online, and build a 6 figure income working fewer hours and do what they love.

All my life, I would attach myself to people, problems, and my environment to give myself an identity. I could not break free enough to know who I was or to explore career possibilities. Feelings of accomplishment and having a purpose seemed out of my reach.

With the guidance of my first coach I decided. “I would do whatever it took to get my life on track fulfilling what I dreamt of as a child and be able to support myself financially”. I had been utilizing my own personal growth methods since I was 16. I ran several businesses for 15 years. I homeschooled my now-grown children for 8 years. After my children left I found myself needing new meaning and direction for my life. I decided the only way forward was to get an education on how to coach. This led me to the exciting field of coaching and teaching others how to become successful. Training with several successful coaches has given me a wide spectrum of techniques and strategies that changed my life forever. Then I stumbled onto a new way of coaching that was so unique that it took me to another whole level of understanding on how to create an empire with coaching.
