      Hi there: My name is Kathy and I will be your therapist or coach and mentor with over 30 Years in nutrition and 10 years in coaching and counseling. I enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and have seen many achieve them. I am constantly educating myself and I am anxious to pass on all I have learned in order to help you become successful. I have been mentored by very successful mentors’ over the years and enjoy teaching and training others If they need help with big or little goals.  My support is there to help you with all your marketing, life issues and health goals and success is eminent.  Life changes are tough at times and I can help.  Art Classes can be very therapeutic and move adults and children past some painful events.
