Good thoughts bring good things ? ?
Welcome to inspiration;
When we think in terms of the goodness of life, we see the good, talk about the GOOD, and goodwill comes to be part of our lives.
What we think about, and what we talk about, we bring about.
Suppose that each of us had a recorder taping our thoughts, rather than our words, for a whole day.
- What would you hear when you played the tape?
- What would your thoughts be mostly focused on?
- The injustices of life and the slim chances you have of ever making progress?
- Or would your thoughts be positive, appreciative, and hopeful about yourself in our world?
What to do: Start your day every day with empowering words to encourage your thoughts to be positive.
First, write down five things you are grateful for. This changes your brain and practical ways that help you to think positively.
Then from there, we can talk more about how to layout goals in categories and to say them out loud on a daily basis to bring them into your life.
One of the pieces of training we do in our program is to go through the 4 keys to changing your thinking. And these 4 keys are crucial for changing your thinking to bring good things into your life.
Affirmation for the day: I will examine the quality of my thoughts each day.
