Hello, today we’re going to talk about why it’s so important that you put yourself first with your own self-care.

I don’t know if you’ve heard about this fact but here it is: If you aren’t filled up with your own self-expression, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs then you have nothing to give others.

You must allow yourself time for “you” to fan the beautiful flames within.

You must fill your own love tank up before you have reserves to give to others or you will burn out.

Here are some areas to take joyous time and self-reflection for you!

  • Physical
  • Emotional
  • Spiritual
  • Cleanse your mind and emotions of resentments
  • Examine self-destructive beliefs

I am free to love myself first, then my fellowmen and women, my work, and my world.
